The type of workouts in the Metabolic Shred are designed to push your muscles to their limits. You'll be doing high volume reps to pump up the muscles, break down fatty tissue, and boost your metabolism. All in one workout.
This program is set up to continuously build off the week before and keep pushing your limits. You'll start with full body sessions to create a solid foundation, before moving into more challenging, muscle specific workouts.
The biggest myth about getting shredded is that you need to spend hours and hours at the gym - that's inefficient, unnecessary and can keep you stuck. These workouts are giving you your bang for your buck, with time left for other priorities.

What equipment do I need?
Only minimal equipment is required for the 4 Week Metabolic Shred
✓ Dumbbells (as many as you have)
✓ Booty Bands (you can order yours at our online store)
✓ Long Resistance Band
✓ Yoga Mat
✓ Bench / Box / Low Table (anything to stand on)
✓ Sliders or towels
I am a beginner - is this challenge right for me?
This challenge is open to people of all levels, experiences and capabilities! Brian will always offer modifications for challenging movements, and is there to encourage you and push you forward with each workout.
We also have our exclusive Facebook group where you can ask questions, request modifications, or brag about your workout wins!
What if I can't tune into the Q&A's with Brian?
If you aren't able to make a live video, no need to panic! All videos will be saved on our Facebook group and emailed out to you at the end of the week.
How long are the workouts?
The workouts will range from 25-35 minutes long including the warm up and cool down. The bonus 6-pack finishers are about 10 minutes long.
