HERE'S HOW YOU'RE GOING TO DO IT:

BASE:

The first week of the program is all about building yourself a strong BASE. Getting confident with the exercises, learning the foundational movements, and working in the 12-15 rep range to seriously build muscle.

BUILD:

The second week BUILDS off of the first, by integrating more supersets, time under tension, and core work. You'll push yourself even harder from Week 1, and start seeing improvements in your strength and stamina.

POWER:

In the third week, you'll be adding in more explosive, POWERFUL movements. These athletic exercises will help you to build muscle definition while creating that FIT, lean physique.

CUT

The final week of the challenge incorporates more high intensity training and low impact cardio to CUT stubborn fat. It'll be the toughest week of the program, but by this point, you'll be up to the challenge.

What equipment do I need?

As this is a gym based workout challenge, we suggest having a gym membership. You will be using squat racks, pull up bars, cable machines, barbells and more.

I am a beginner - is this challenge right for me?

This challenge is open to people of all levels, experiences and capabilities! The first week is a BASE week, starting with the foundational moves and helping you to get comfortable around the equipment. Then each week progressively gets more challenging, so your results keep coming!

We also have our exclusive Facebook group where you can ask questions, request modifications, or brag about your workout wins.

How long are the workouts?

We suggest giving yourself an hour from start to finish (including warm up and cool down) at the gym. If you don't have time to do an entire workout, the bonus treadmill burnouts are a great way to get a quick sweat on while staying on your schedule!
