HOW YOU'RE GOING TO SHRED
SPRINT & PLYOMETRIC TRAINING
Each week you’ll be combining sprint conditioning sessions with explosive jump training. These conditioning sessions will build up your endurance, torch calories, and build fast twitch muscles to get you moving like an athlete!
Sprinting is also a killer way to reduce the look of cellulite in your legs, and firm up those trouble areas in the back of your thighs.
STRENGTH & MOBILITY WORKOUTS
In addition to sprints, you'll be incorporating strength workouts and mobility sessions. The strength training will maintain those strong and sexy curves, while the mobility sessions will loosen up any soreness you get along the way!
Both sessions will be FULL FOLLOW-ALONG workouts on the Sweat Nation platform, to ensure you have the correct form, are targeting the right muscles, and getting the MOST out of each workout.
STAIRS & HIIT SESSIONS
The stairs workouts are a member favourite - they strengthen all the little muscles in your lower body, from your calves to your glutes! Combined with HIIT training, these two workout styles will burn stubborn fat while tightening and toning your legs.
Both of these workouts require MINIMAL equipment (or just body weight), so you learn how to move your body in a way that is new and challenging for you - ensuring your body is always adapting and progressing!

You'll be receiving a recipe guide that includes some of Beverley's FAVOURITE summer recipes that are simple and easy to make.
Each recipe will be high in protein, incorporate tons of seasonal summer veggies, and keep you feeling FUELLED and nourished all 6 weeks.
Each meal will be able to be customized to all diet preferences - whether you are a meat eater or a vegan, there is something for YOU.
Every two weeks, Beverley will be going live in the Facebook group to do a Q&A with all Sweat Nation members.

Only minimal equipment is required for the Elite Summer Shred Challenge! However, because this is a challenge that incorporates outdoor workouts, you will need access to a couple additional items (noted below):
✓ Dumbbells (the more the merrier) ✓ Booty Bands (you can order yours at our online store) ✓ Long Resistance Band ✓ Yoga Mat ✓ Bench / Box / Low Table (anything to stand on) ✓ A field to sprint on ✓ A set of stairs to run on
I am a beginner - is this challenge right for me?
This challenge is open to people of all levels, experiences and capabilities! Our head coach Beverley will always offer modifications for challenging movements, and is there to encourage you and push you forward with each workout.
We also have our exclusive Facebook group where you can ask questions, request modifications, and brag about your workout wins!
What if I can't tune into the Q&A's with Beverley?
If you aren't able to make a live video, no need to panic! All videos will be saved on our Facebook group and emailed out to you at the end of the week.
How long are the workouts?
The workouts will range from 20-45 minutes long including the warm up and cool down. For the sprint & plyometric workouts, there will be about a 10-15 minute warm up, and the workout itself will be less than 30 minutes.
